No fiat deposits or withdrawals on the Thrill platform itself. Instead, the cashier integrates two third-party on-ramps that swap card or bank fiat into crypto and credit your Thrill balance in a single flow.

Send from any self-custody wallet (MetaMask, Phantom, Trust, Ledger, Trezor) or any exchange (Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, etc.) using the deposit address shown in the cashier.
Platform approval typically completes in two to three minutes. Once approved, settlement is whatever the underlying chain delivers, under one minute on Solana, two to five minutes on Polygon and Tron, ten to thirty minutes on Bitcoin depending on mempool congestion. Thrill does not impose its own holding period or daily cap, which is unusual in this space; most crypto casinos still cap daily payouts somewhere between $10,000 and $100,000.
Thrill runs anti-fraud and AML monitoring on every withdrawal. Most never get touched. The ones that do tend to fall into a few categories: very large amounts, VPN-flagged sessions, signups from prohibited jurisdictions, suspected bonus abuse, or accounts marked as high-risk by the automated scoring. If manual review kicks in, you may be asked to complete Level 1 KYC (name, DOB, address) or Level 2 (passport plus face check). Most reviews close inside five to ten minutes.
Operating under Curaçao and Anjouan licences without a major-jurisdiction gambling licence (the UKGC, MGA, or German GlüG), Thrill cannot legally process direct fiat deposits or withdrawals through traditional card and bank rails. Crypto sidesteps that, once funds are on-chain, the transaction is permissionless and Thrill is just receiving and sending digital assets. The two on-ramps (MoonPay and Swapped) sit on top to give fiat-first players a single-screen path in.
First check the platform status page in your account, if it says "approved" but no on-chain transaction is visible yet, give it a few minutes for the network to propagate.
